Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, unless we are at capacity. The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance.
Is there parking?
There is no parking affiliated with the museum but there are meters on 4th and Market and the Bourse Garage is located on 4th in between Market and Chestnut Street. If you are planning on driving, please allow time to find a parking spot.
What are the closest public transits?
The 5th Street/ Independence Hall Subway Station is located on the corner of Independence Mall E and Market Street.
How long does it take to go through the museum?
Guests typically spend an hour in the museum.
Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.
Are food/ drinks allowed in the museum?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the museum. We do have a water fountain station inside the museum.
Do you have a coat room?
Yes, we have a coat room to leave your belongings for the duration of the experience.
