COVID-19 Safety Standards

Face Masks
Face masks are not required at the museum.

Vaccination Proof
Guests are not required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test result to be admitted to the museum.

Maximum Cleaning
The museum is continuously cleaned throughout each day and sanitized each night using high grade cleaning solutions such as Oxivir and Virex. Both cleaners are fast acting and proven to kill SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 Virus).

Touchless Bathrooms
We have installed touchless features in our bathrooms for your safety and convenience.

Timed Ticketing
We strongly suggest all guests purchase tickets online with specific time slots to eliminate gatherings around our entrance and inside our museum lobby. Walk in tickets may be purchased only if the guest count at the time falls within capacity restrictions. Please note that the best way to ensure your entrance is to buy online in advance of your arrival.

Email Reminder
All ticket holders will receive an email on the day of their scheduled visit reminding them of our safety protocols and asking them to check for COVID-19 symptoms before coming to the museum. If symptoms exist, we ask that the person stay home and visit another day.

Hand Sanitizing Stations
Stations are located throughout the museum so that you can keep your hands clean and disinfected as you experience each illusion.
